Returns and Refunds Policy

We create sacred art with intention, and everything we make is special. Here's how we handle your order if something doesn't feel right.

Our Products

Everything at Starseed Designs falls into one of two categories:

Sealed Items: Oracle decks, tarot decks, journals, and Mystic silks come sealed to preserve their integrity as spiritual tools and keepsakes.

Made-to-Order Art: Fine art prints, canvases, and tapestries are created specifically for your order. Production begins immediately upon purchase, making each piece uniquely yours.

Because of this, we don't accept returns for change of mind. These items are final sale.

We Always Cover Damage

The only exception is this: if your order arrives damaged or defective through no fault of your own, we make it right. We'll replace it at no cost to you—including return and replacement shipping—no matter where you live.

To report damage or a defect: Email orders@daniellenoel.art within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage
• A brief description

We'll take it from there. A replacement or refund, your choice.
