Shipping policy

As a home-based business, we are always committed to processing each order as quickly as possible. To help speed up this process, please ensure all of your shipping information is correct and entered in English, or the accuracy of the destination may become lost in translation. 


Once your order leaves our hands, it is entirely in the care of the postal/courier service. If you have any special requests or need a package delivered by a certain date, please contact us directly to discuss.

Orders are generally fulfilled within 3-5 business days, with exception of Pre-Ordered items and some items like prints (made to order) .


Some prints will be shipped separately so you may receive your items at different times and also receive more than one tracking number. 


International orders (Non-US, Canada) Customs fees are not included in our pricing, and are solely the responsibility of the buyer. 


We generally do not accept any returns on any of our items. The only exception would be if a package has not been opened, is in original condition and you cover the cost of shipping to return the item. In this case, once received we will refund the cost of the item only.  However, if you notice any issues with your item at the time of receipt, please send us an email to discuss. 


Starseed Designs does not take any responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. A direct claim between purchaser and the shipping carrier will be required in these instances.
