Shipping Policy
As a home-based business, we are always committed to processing each order as quickly as possible. To help speed up this process, please ensure all of your shipping information is correct and entered in English, or the accuracy of the destination may become lost in translation.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are generally fulfilled within 3-5 business days, with the exception of pre-ordered items and made-to-order items like prints and custom art.
Some prints will be shipped separately, so you may receive your items at different times and also receive more than one tracking number.
During Transit
Once your order leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal or courier service. If you have any special requests or need a package delivered by a certain date, please contact us directly at orders@daniellenoel.art to discuss options.
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, you'll need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll replace it at no cost to you, including return and replacement shipping. We take full responsibility for this.
This is different from lost or stolen items (which the carrier handles). If there's a genuine defect or damage from our fulfillment, we've got you covered.
International Orders
Customs & Duties: International orders (outside US and Canada) may be subject to customs fees, taxes, and duties. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing. Your local customs authority will contact you directly if fees apply.
Our Shipping: We handle getting your order to the border. What happens after is between you and your country's customs.
Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind. All items at Starseed Designs are either sealed (oracle decks, tarot decks, journals, Mystic Silks) or made-to-order (fine art prints, canvases, tapestries), which means they are final sale.
The only exception is damage or defect, which we always cover (see above).
