As a home-based business, we are always committed to processing each order as quickly as possible. To help speed up this process, please ensure all of your shipping information is correct and entered in English or Japanese for orders to Japan or the accuracy of the destination may become lost in translation.
Once your order leaves ships, it is entirely in the care of the postal/courier service. If you have any special requests or need a package delivered by a certain date, please contact us directly to discuss.
Orders are generally fulfilled within 2-4 business days, with exception of pre-Ordered items, orders that contain pre-ordered items (can ship items separately upon request) and some items like art prints, canvases, greeting cards (made to order) . All of our decks are now shipped from our Fulfillment parter NextSmartShip in Shenzhen, China. This is where our decks are printed so it saves everyone time and resources. Orders are typically delivered in 7-15 business days.
Prints and Journals will be shipped separately from any decks so you will receive your items at different times and also receive more than one tracking number.
Customs fees/import taxes are not included in our pricing, and are solely the responsibility of the buyer but we always try to choose shipping methods that are inclusive of import taxes if and when possible.
We generally do not accept any returns on any of our items. The only exception would be if a package has not been opened, is in original condition and you cover the cost of shipping to return the item. In this case, once received we will refund the cost of the item only. However, if you notice any issues with your item at the time of receipt, please send us an email to discuss.
Starseed Designs does not take any responsibility for any item that is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit although we offer third party protection at checkout through ShipTection which does cover all mentioned potential issues and is highly recommended. If no extra insurance is added then a direct claim between purchaser and the shipping carrier will be required in these instances which can take up to 21 days to resolve.
